Students receive Scholastic Book Club catalogues twice a term. If ordering from them please fill out the forms and return to the P&C box in the office with correct money in a clearly marked envelope by the date set in the newsletter.
School Banking, which is run through the Commonwealth Bank, encourages children to save. It is run by parent volunteers each Tuesday in the Multi Lit Room at the end of Room 1 - Willy Wagtail. Students receive incentives and rewards that recognise their saving progress. To commence school banking Parent packs are available on Tuesdays from the banking coordinator.
Lost property is kept in a basket on the verandah outside room 2. Please make sure your child’s clothing and belongings are labelled, this helps staff to return them to your child quickly.
Mobile phones, electronic games, ipods, ipads and tablets are not allowed at school. If for any reason they need to be sent to school they should be taken to the office and collected by your child at the end of the school day.
Toys and Games from Home
The school is well resourced with educational games and toys and sports equipment to enhance the students learning. Toys and games from home should not be brought to school (unless for a special class activity as requested by the teacher), as they can be easily lost or broken.
